The Dianense athlete Ariadna Mena Llorca has achieved an outstanding victory in the Levante Regional Powerlifting Championship, held last weekend in Hellín, Albacete. In this competition, Ella Mena emerged as absolute champion in all categories of the second edition of the championship and obtained first place in the -57kg category, to which she belongs.
Powerlifting, a discipline that includes three fundamental exercises: squats, bench press and deadlift, has been dominated by the skill and determination of Ariadna Mena Llorca in the regional event. Her success will now lead her to participate in the next Spanish Junior Powerlifting Championship, which will be held in A Coruña in the month of May.
