The Responsible Service program is a national program for the prevention of drug addiction in the hospitality sector, an initiative arising from the Government Delegation for the National Plan on Drugs and the Ministry of Health that has the involvement of the hospitality sector group. Promotes safe, responsible and quality leisure.

The training was given to future hospitality professionals with the aim of providing them with tools that allow them to reduce risks associated with possible abusive consumption of alcohol or other substances among their future clientele.

It is based on three fundamental axes: the involvement of hospitality professionals in the prevention of drug addiction, information about drugs (effects, regulations, etc.) and the skills to face conflictive situations in relation to consumption.

From the mutual collaboration between the UPCCA and the CIPFP of Dénia, we continue to support the training of students in this national program to continue offering in our town a hospitality sector that puts its efforts into maintaining healthy, responsible, safe and quality leisure.
