The position of Ciudadanos allows us to contemplate politics from a privileged position, that of the liberal center. We do not have more red lines than those that are born of common sense.

Looking nationally we see a PP who is living a return to the old customs, we will see if also to the corruptions that still have them pilgrimage through the courts. Convinced that Sanchez is already dealing with annihilating the possibilities of the left, they focus all their efforts on trying to wipe Ciudadanos off the map, offering all kinds of positions and perks to their representatives as long as they give up slamming the door as hard as possible and in the when they tell you. This is how all those who abandoned it without shame when orange was a trending topic are actually returning to the fold and who are now returning to the warmth of the old and familiar. We see them launching their hyperventilated media campaign empty of any real message, a common practice in bipartisanship that ends up causing the boredom and detachment from politics that we see in a large part of the citizenry. It may be that both the PP and the PSOE It is convenient for them that people ignore and leave their hands free to perpetuate themselves as armchair politicians, but it is time for voters to take control of the government of our cities, it is time for politics to be useful and close again. The media circuses better stay on the other side of the Atlantic.
In the case of VOX, there is no fear that they are an uncomfortable mirror for the PP. It is not the case, nor is its objective. They maintain a presence at the national level that is not fully reflected at the local level. It is probably because of how difficult it is to selflessly and face to face defend such few and populist postulates. Of course there has always been an audience for extremes. So we'll live with it.
