Seconding the campaign carried out throughout the national territory, the Platform of People Affected by the Dénia Mortgage and the Marina Alta staged a peaceful protest-concentration on Tuesday afternoon in front of the headquarters of the PP Dianense, on the corner between Diana and Colón streets.
The objective of the rallies was to protest against the proposal of the PP towards the Popular Legislative Initiative presented in the Congress by the dación in retroactive payment, the suspension of the evictions and the social rent.
En el caso concreto de Dénia, los miembros de la Plataforma portaban pancartas donde podía leerse «indignación, nadie paga por la corrupción», «rescatan bancos, desahucian familias» o «políticos y banqueros, los mayores bandoleros».
