Seconding the campaign carried out throughout the national territory, the Platform of People Affected by the Dénia Mortgage and the Marina Alta staged a peaceful protest-concentration on Tuesday afternoon in front of the headquarters of the PP Dianense, on the corner between Diana and Colón streets.
The objective of the rallies was to protest against the proposal of the PP towards the Popular Legislative Initiative presented in the Congress by the dación in retroactive payment, the suspension of the evictions and the social rent.
In the specific case of Dénia, the members of the Platform carried banners that read "outrage, nobody pays for corruption", "rescue banks, evict families" or "politicians and bankers, the biggest bandits".
From the Platform Dianense and the region were rated the proposals presented by the PP to this ILP as a mockery to those affected by foreclosures and even the European Union.
The Platform continues to help families in danger of eviction, and that morning they accompanied a couple to present the application for payment in Caixa Catalunya, where they needed the intervention of two agents of the National Police to access the branch. They then filed the same application at the BBK bank, where they had no problems accessing, for an Ecuadorian man.
The PAH continues with a tight schedule to help the maximum number affected by this scourge.
