La Local Board Fallera de Dénia ha firmado un acuerdo de colaboración con el Col·lectiu d’Estudis Fallers de Dénia y la Marina Alta (CEF) through which the CEF will be in charge of managing the delegation of culture of the Fallera Local Board.
As announced by the president of the Local Board Fallera de Dénia, Jaume Bertomeu, en su discurso toma de posesión, «el objetivo es potenciar la cultura y tradición fallera, y nadie mejor que el Col·lectiu d’Estudis Fallers para llevar a cabo esta tarea».
Para Felip Sala, presidente del CEF, «promocionar la cultura alrededor del mundo de las failures es una de las funciones que desde el CEF nos hemos marcado como objetivo principal, y por eso en el mismo momento en que Jaume Bertomeu nos comunica la propuesta no lo dudamos lo más mínimo. Nuestra colaboración con cualquier institución que quiera promocionar la fiesta fallera del fuego siempre ha sido recibida de buena gana por todos los miembros del Colectivo».
The presidents of the two entities, Jaume Bertomeu and Felip Sala, signed this collaboration agreement with the aim of highlighting the Fallas culture in the next four years.
The CEF is a cultural association that works on research and compilation of the history of the Fallas de Dénia and the Marina Alta region. Last March they presented their first publication on the history of the fire festivals in the region, L’Arreplegà.
