The sports council of Dénia, led by the mayor, Juan Carlos Signes has highly valued, the development that has been carried out in the "I Campus de Pilota de Dénia". An activity that has had the participation of 12 children who have enjoyed the facilities of Trinquet, "El Rovellet" to carry out the practices.
This group of children has worked for two weeks with the director of the Campus, Tomás Buigues, carrying out different activities directly related to the sport of Pilota. This campus participants have also had time to have fun with other activities that have as protagonist the water, which is essential given the summer season in which they are.
The organization of this campus, has been by the Club de Pilota Dénia, with the intention of promoting local sport. It is thought that through a campus children can follow the activity that many have begun through the Municipal School of Pilota.
