The Department of International Relations of the Dénia City Council has collaborated with the Euroclub Dénia in the organization of a fifteen-day stay for teachers and students of the technical institute of design, plastic arts and theater Städtische Fachoberschule für Gestaltung of Munich (Germany) in our city . The visit is part of the actions of the Erasmus+ program developed by the German institute and has served to carry out an intergenerational project with the German Euroclub of Dénia, consisting of artistic workshops on drawing, painting, collage, photography and theater, led by the group of 48 students, in which 30 people from the Euroclub Dénia have participated. A selection of the works carried out was exhibited in the Municipal Library of Dénia.

Likewise, through the Department of International Relations, the students have visited the IES Historiador Chabàs de Dénia, the only one with an artistic bachelor's degree in the municipality. There they were welcomed by the director, Julia Gozálvez, who explained the studies and activities that take place at the center. Subsequently, the students were divided into groups and participated directly in some art, theater and German language classes.

During the visit, the Erasmus project coordinator of the city of Munich, Reinhard Krapp, met with the person in charge of Erasmus at the IES Historiador Chabàs, Beatriz Calabuig, opening the possibility of carrying out a future project between the two centers.

International Relations also arranged meetings with local artists Joan Castejón, Nina Llorens and Roberto Calvo. They met Castejón and Nina Llorens at the Espai d'Art Joan Castejón, where there is a permanent exhibition of the artist and, these days, also of the work of Nina Llorens.

In the La Ñ cultural hall, they spoke with its director, Daniela Gerlach, and with Roberto Calvo, who showed them some of his work and answered their questions about his creative and life process.
