An improper overtaking at high speed has caused an accident in which several vehicles have been involved in both directions of that road with only two lanes, as this newspaper has learned. It happened this afternoon between the Dénia Hospital and the old tollbooth.
According to the authorities, no one was injured despite a large deployment of police and ambulances, which are currently still in place. It is expected that in the next few hours the traffic will return to normal, but at this time it is better to avoid the road since the queues are kilometers long.
