The councilors of Environment, Citizen Security and Municipal Services, together with the mayor of Dénia, met this week with the Mayor of the Local Police, José Martínez Espasa; the head of the Regional Fire Department, José Melenchón; the president of the Red Cross, Enrique Sastre, and technicians from different municipal departments to determine the steps to follow in cases of emergency.
Among other issues, the guidelines for locating and mobilizing responsible media and people in case of emergency were discussed; the activation of the emergency plan in its different levels and the evacuation measures of sensitive points such as the residence of Santa Llúcia or the schools and institutes.
