The Association for the Defense of Consumer Rights (APDEF) will meet on Thursday 10 November in Dénia with affected by the purchase of shares in the Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo (CAM) and other financial products to take further legal action .

In Denia, APDEF represents twenty CAM Fees affected by 120.000 euros worth. Carla Ivars, legal coordinator APDEF in Denia, reports that "APDEF has already filed the majority of claims by CAM in the Courts of Sabadell, whose sentences are in favor of those affected, condemning the Bank of Sabadell - in many cases exclusively and in others jointly and severally with the foundation - with costs".

The appointment will be at 18: 15 hours on the Costa Blanca Hotel, where attendee information in the following days to address them in a personalized way be collected.

The APDEF is a European association that aims to defend and protect those harmed by the abusive practices of banks and savings banks. The past month of July of 2015 were presented before the citizens in Dénia.
