The Association for the Defense of Consumer Rights (APDEF) will meet on Thursday 10 November in Dénia with affected by the purchase of shares in the Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo (CAM) and other financial products to take further legal action .

Pimera APDEF meeting in Dénia

In Denia, APDEF represents twenty CAM Fees affected by 120.000 euros worth. Carla Ivars, legal coordinator APDEF in Denia, reports that "APDEF has already filed the majority of claims by CAM in the Courts of Sabadell, whose sentences are in favor of those affected, condemning the Bank of Sabadell - in many cases exclusively and in others jointly and severally with the foundation - with costs".

The appointment will be at 18:15 p.m. at the Hotel Costa Blanca, where information will be collected from attendees in order to serve them in a personalized way in the following days.

The APDEF is a European association that aims to defend and protect those harmed by the abusive practices of banks and savings banks. The past month of July of 2015 were presented before the citizens in Dénia. A score of people attended the meeting, mostly affected by CAM shares but also Bankia preferred and fraudulent investments from other banks.
