Quique Dacosta's restaurant in Dénia revalida third Michelin star for 2017

Chef Quique Dacosta will continue to be, one more year, a I triestrellado. The prestigious Michelin Guide has released the restaurants that this year will wear their desired stars, and the name of Dacosta has not missed in the list.

Thus, Dacosta restaurant in Dénia remains the only establishment in Valencia that holds this recognition. It is the fourth year that the cook, foster son of Denia, achieved this distinction.

In the 2016 season, Dacosta has offered two different menus to diners: Fronteras y Local universe. These two proposals, in addition to its extensive experience and commitment to society and gastronomy have earned the prestigious culinary chef recognition.
