Concern about the appearance of snakes in Les Roques

The appearance of small snakes in different areas of the Les Roques neighborhood has aroused the logical alarm and concern of the residents of that emblematic area of ​​Dénia.

After having sighted four of them in the courtyards of some houses on Desamparats, Sant Fracesc and La Morería streets, the Civil Guard was notified, as well as the Local Police and the council itself.

It was precisely the Environment Service of the Civil Guard (Seprona) who informed the neighbors that they were poisonous reptiles, although of small size, that habitually do not attack unless they feel threatened.

The circumstance occurs that for today a meeting was arranged between the new board of directors of the Association Veins Les Roques, with the mayor, Ana Kringe. Surely this will be one of the topics that will be discussed in that meeting, in addition to many other concerns that have long lived neighborhood residents.
