The rowing teams of the Club Rem Dénia and Real Club Nautico Denia They took the podium in the first regatta of the SUMA League of Rowing of the Mediterranean Fixed Bank that was held in Oliva.
A test that was disputed in a tough conditions for the rowers as they had to fight with winds of 10 average knots and with waves of approximately, a meter and a half.
In the male veteran category, the Remucho Club Rem Dénia was the one who performed the best time in the time trial with a record of 25 minutes and 47 seconds. The second place was for the Real Club Nautico Gándia with a record of 26 minutes and 20 seconds and the third place went to the Club Náutico Torrevieja with a mark of 26 minutes and 22 seconds.
In the category Absolute male there was a great participation with 13 boats that fought with the waves to achieve stabilize his falucho and mark the best times. The winning team was the Club Regatas de Alicante with a time of 25 minutes and 21 seconds.
The second place was for the Real Club Nautical Dénia that got a mark of 26 minutes and 4 seconds. The third place was for the Universitario Polideportivo de Valencia with a time of 26.minutos and 5 seconds.
The next 22 of November, the teams will return to face in waters of Calpe, in the second day of this exciting rowing league.
