The CREAMA plan to help the long-term unemployed in the region

The long-term unemployed registered in the two Servef centers of the Marina Alta They are the objective of the new plan of the Consortium for the Economic Recovery of the Marina Alta (CREAMA). Thanks to a grant from the State Public Employment Service amounting to 117.134 euros, Creama will work to improve the employability of a total of 550 long-term unemployed in the region.

The work methodology aims to provide users with the necessary tools to carry out an active job search independently, and where appropriate, to detect and boost entrepreneurial initiatives that may favor the employment of people who participate in the service.

To carry it out, five techniques will work combining individualized tutoring with group formative actions that include the use of new technologies, the learning of social and communicative skills, dynamics of motivation, practice workshops and simulation of job interviews and the learning of other tools such as the preparation of the curriculum and the use of internet resources for job search.

In order to carry out the accompaniment processes, five techniques have been hired with training and experience in the field of career guidance that will provide their services in an itinerant manner between the various agencies of Creama until June of this year.
