Pacific Films produces the latest awareness campaign on climate change for the Ministry of Science and Innovation of the Generalitat Valenciana, «Think in Azul»

With this clear message, Pacific Films launches its latest audiovisual production for the Ministry of science and innovation of the Generalitat Valenciana on marine sciences.

A campaign based on the dissemination through social networks of audiovisual pieces where people are taught the work of researchers to mitigate the effects of climate change on the Valencian coast.

The values ​​of Blue Thinking are also transmitted, in order to teach citizens what they can do to reduce their ecological footprint on the coastal and marine ecosystem.

Along with these videos, graphic elements such as posters, roll ups, photographs, which will be used in congresses and conventions where the development of the project is exposed Think in Blue.

From the producer, they emphasize that for them it is very important that the Generalitat Valenciana fully trusts them for the complete realization of a campaign of these characteristics.

Pacific Films It is a production company in constant growth at the national and international level since it opened its doors in the middle of the pandemic. Daring to use creativity with such a complex and specific subject so that everyone can understand the work of scientists, says a lot about their ability to communicate through audiovisual language.

During the month of June, by land, sea, air and even underwater, the team from the Valencian audiovisual production company worked on the creativity, script and production of the campaign.

Together with the message, they show in the audiovisual pieces that accompany the project's publicity campaign Think in Blue the coastal environments of Dénia and Xàbia, privileged places for observing the marine and coastal environment.

Among these places, are the first mountains of Xàbia, the Cantalar dels Orons, the Granadella, the Punta Plana, the Cap Prim, Cap Negre, els Pallers, the Island of Portitxol, and the Cape of San Antonio.

Dénia's seafaring tradition is also shown, which has values ​​that are defended through blue thinking, the main pillar of the campaign. Its sailors, fishing gear, boats, product, lifestyle and traditional architecture are also protagonists in the project.

All these images are mixed between underwater scenes of the research carried out on the Valencian coast by scientists from the University of Valencia, the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the University of Alicante, the Jaime I University, the Miguel Hernández University, and the Catholic University of Valencia. and the Higher Committee for Scientific Research (CSIC).

Other points of interest that appear in the pieces are the castle and Santa Pola lighthouse, the fish farms of the Culmarex group in Calpe and Altea, the CSIC laboratories located in Torre de la Sal and the research pool of the Jaime I University where maneuvers are carried out with robots.
