New courses in Denia CDT

The CDT Dénia continues with its training offer focused on the hospitality sector. For this month of January the following courses are scheduled:

Cooks / os Navy: Esperanza Fuster and Cristina Figueira. Restaurant The Xato (La Nucia)

It will be the 17 for January, in the morning and afternoon (from 10 to 14 and from 16 to 20 hours). It is aimed at Heads of Cooks, Cooks, Heads of Chambers, Waiters, and professionals of the catering sector, preferably in an active work situation and basic knowledge of the subject is required at a professional level.

Up-Selling and Cross-Selling: How to sell more in times of crisis.

It is held between 24 26 January and, in the afternoon (from 16 to 20 hours). Content:

Module I: Confronting the market situation
Module II: How to sell at low times when the public is uncertain?
Module III: Keys to receptive telesales
Module IV: telephone follow-up source of new sales

Safety and hygiene and food handling.

The objective is to facilitate the basic training required in matters of Safety and Hygiene and Food Handling in the "Prepared Meals" group.

24 25 and the January days will be held in the afternoon (from 16 to 20 hours)

Valentine menus

8 course hours divided into two sessions 24 and 25 afternoon January days in which to meet some interesting dishes to offer in such an important date.

Introduction to mixology

Course 24 hours, starting on January 31 28 and ends on March where attendees will learn the basics of the world of mixology.
