The Department of Commerce, through the Afic de Creama Dénia, organizes a new edition of Mostracarrer, an activity that unites art and commerce to generate a circuit with an added attraction to the fact of shopping.
During the last fortnight of June, nine artists will perform plastic interventions in nine commercial windows of. Specifically, in the stores Visual space (Patricio Ferrándiz, 13), Sweet Baby (Sagunto, 7); DNA Ink (Patricio Ferrándiz, 2); Irepair (Sagunto, 9); Manufacturing (Paseo del Saladar, 62); Lilian Segre (Plaza de Jaume I, 1); Ebano (Paseo del Saladar, 27); Dress 10 (walk of the Saladar 18) and Accessories (Patricio Ferrándiz, 33).
With this activity it is intended to generate a route linked to art that makes the trade of the area known. Mostracarrer is done in collaboration with the A. Vives Experimental Plastic School of the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Gata. The participating artists are, in their majority, students of the school.
Mostracarrer will be in the windows of the 15 to the 30 of June. On Thursday 15 in June, starting at 18 hours, the opening party will take place with various entertainment activities.
This year, to improve the visibility of the shops, they have been invited to take their products to the street on Thursday 15, starting at 17 hours, and participating in the contest Mostracarrer Pop Up Store, that will reward the trade that makes the best exhibition of merchandise on the street.
