After the complaints of some neighbors, the socialists of Dénia have denounced that the city council is collaborating in the diffusion of wedges of a party in the station sentenced by the court of Alicante to cease its emissions and interrupt its activity for emitting without the permission of the General Directorate of Media.
The party, which according to be held next Saturday in the multipurpose room of Llunàtics, announced in that station "with the collaboration of the City Council of Dénia". The socialists demand the consistory "to set an example on current legislation" and no longer advertise on that station.
The youth councilor of the Dénia City Council, Isabel Gallego, assured that it is the party of a nightclub in the city that is advertised on said station, but that at no time has the city council collaborated in the dissemination, only in the transfer of the space. According to Gallego, the discotheque had advertising contracted with the illegal station that amortizes with the diffusion of the wedges of this party.
