Following complaints from some neighbors, the Socialists of Dénia have reported that the city is collaborating in the dissemination of wedges of a party at the station sentenced by the court of Alicante to cease their emissions and interrupt their activity by issuing without permission from the General Directorate of Media.
The party, which according to be held next Saturday in the multipurpose room of Llunàtics, announced in that station "with the collaboration of the City Council of Dénia". The socialists demand the consistory "to set an example on current legislation" and no longer advertise on that station.

Youth Councilor of the City of Dénia, Isabel GallegoHe said that it is the party of a nightclub in the city that is advertised in that station, but at no time the council has helped to spread only in the transfer of space. According to Gallego, the club had contracted with illegal advertising station that pays for spreading wedges this party.
