The socialist formation of Dénia denounced yesterday, through a press release, "the unfortunate state of dirt in which the streets Mar and Diana were after the celebration of the stock fair" on Saturday, April 12.
Vicent Grimalt, a socialist spokesman, mentioned that this "is not the best image that the first tourists who visit us during Holy Week should wear."
In addition, the Socialists have again pointed out the "camí de la Bota" as a place of "unhealthiness and leakage of sewage" being this "a serious problem in the vicinity of several food establishments in the area."
Grimalt has announced that he will ask explanations and responsibilities to the councilors of the PP-CU about this fact in the next plenary session in which the mayor will demand a quick and forceful action against this environmental negligence due to the municipal passivity.
