After the meeting, in which the mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt, and the councilor for the territory, Maria Josep Ripoll were present, the businessmen could only thank the dialogue and the good spirit, lamenting the lack of solutions to the problems raised.

From CEDMA they showed their discomfort for the execution of works in the city center in the middle of summer, and the media repercussion that Dénia, as a tourist municipality, has suffered. The City Council regretted that this issue has «politizado».

On the allegations of the PGE, the government team responded that some reports are still to come. Regarding the approval of the Transitory Urban Regulations, Ripoll replied that he hopes that they will be approved soon.

The last subject to put on the table was the operation of the urban planning department. According to the Cercle Empresarial, the reasons put forward by the Dianense executive in this meeting to explain the delays in virtually any type of procedure are the same as three years ago: you can not hire more staff. The solution, too: the agreement with the College of Architects will be retaken.

At the end of the meeting, the businessmen reported that «no se puede ningunear y demonizar de esta manera a un sector que es tan necesario en la ciudad», and in the opinion of CEDMA «alguien tiene que actuar de una vez por todas
con responsabilidad»
