Athletes Alex Pella and Theresa Zabell staged the second day of Dénia Boat Show
El X Boat Show Dénia which continues to be held these days at the Puerto Deportivo Marina de Dénia this Saturday had the active participation of two international nautical athletes: the navigator Alex Pella and the sailor Theresa Zabell. Both participated in the release of a copy of loggerhead early in the morningShowing their support environment.
Another prominent events of the second day of the Salon was the talk of Alex Pella, recounting his experience after getting the record back to the world. "I still don't believe what we have done. It has been an incredible experience, both technical and human. My race course is the planet and my engine is the wind"Said Pella. The talk also participated Olympic sailor and president of the Foundation Ecomar, Theresa Zabell, who said that "Sailing is a sport that respects the environment a lot. We have always had many volunteers and today we have a very special one that has always kept Ecomar's values in mind". Zabell presented him with a plaque as ambassador Ecomar Foundation for the Five Oceans.
For his part, Gabriel Martínez said "This room can not be better represented, by two great athletes and lovers of the sea, Theresa Zabell and Alex Pella. Our thanks to both".
Visitors to the lounge also enjoyed the exhibition flyboard, By Maremoto Jets and a mock rescue by the Maritime Rescue Helicopter. And, through the Center of Nautical Activities Marina de Denia and different clubs installed in port, they are being offered, for free, baptisms rowing, canoeing and paddle surf, shows Sup Yoga and Pilates and surfing experience for children with simulators.
All these days is running the Acuabús, totally free, to schedule a 11 23 hours. And also you can visit the Maritime Rescue boat and there are children's workshops, mats and games.
The Dénia Boat Show has the sponsorship of the Dénia Town Hall, the Dénia La Sella Golf Hotel, Mundo Marino, the Cabo de San Antonio Marine Reserve and Gibeller.
Activities Sunday
On the agenda of activities X Boat Show Dénia highlights, for this Sunday, the canine parade organized by Mascotetes at 13:00 p.m. and the exhibition with Terranova dogs that will be held at 17:00 p.m. on the Marina de Dénia ramp. Also, at 17:30 p.m., there will be a talk by Xaloc about "25 years of sea turtle history".
