The center's director, who accompanied the students in the protest, said that complaints occur from early going. Then they spoke with the teacher and saw a willingness on their part, but over time observed no change in its methodology and formal education inspector in November rose complaint. This met with students and drafted a report being pending to appoint an instructor Department to decide whether or not to open a file to the teacher. In case a expedientador process opens, the center asked that the teacher is suspended for the same.

The Mayor of Dénia, Ana Kringe, Has known the situation of the students through social networks and has contacted the Consellería, from where they have been informed that they are going to accelerate the process.

Students who consider "missing half course", Are waiting for their complaints to be heard and hoping to replace the current teacher.

Just saying that initiatives like this horrify me. I do not agree with or deny anyone, but I am an EOI teacher and I tremble just to think that this example is spreading and that any student -or group of students- join together to discredit a classmate just because they do not like his / her methodology or because there is no good chemistry between them. We all know that these things happen, and that in no case do they mean that the teacher is not a good professional. I dedicate myself to my work, I am accessible, I prepare for classes, design activities and I spend hours of my free time preparing teaching materials for my classes: pure vocation, hey. However, despite all this, a few years ago I found myself in a situation similar to the one explained here. A group of students drew up a formal complaint and began to ask their classmates for signatures, who signed before they could read the complaint. The writing turned out to be a string of slanders that, not only could they not prove, but were also proven to be false. The problem: failing a mock exam (many of these students had passed a level thanks to the negligence of a typical "good vibes" teacher in their previous year who had dedicated himself to giving away grades as a candy-dealer). Even so, I had to eat the supervision of the inspection and the lack of support from the management of the EOI where I worked. Despite the gratitude and satisfaction of most of my students at that center, the formal complaint of a bunch of liars and malicious people left me a contradictory record and a blur in my record. The management of the center preferred to "liquidate me." Do not create a bad reputation.
Be very careful with what is reported. Teachers cannot be the pasture for complaints when faced with the first problem. It is advisable first to do an analysis of conscience, and if a teacher is too "demanding" with the level, first think that perhaps it is that the student has been dragging an excess of condescension. We all like "good vibes" in class, but we also have a very dense schedule to follow.

I know Ana and to say that she is a good teacher is… to fall short… As a professional, a 10! Prepared classes, enthusiasm to attend class, exams, tests, homework,…. explanations as many times as you need, etc ... It's great !!!!!!

    And as a person… also a 10 !!!

I had not seen the article published by the Center Director Mary, and I totally agree with her that the two complaints do not mix because they are independent and that the only teacher who does not act in accordance with what becomes teaching of a language is concerned above, not be extrapolated to others who are excellent teachers for what his students comment because I have not been.

In case someone does not have enough with initials, here all the information that appears on the website of the EOI of Denia:http://eoidenia.edu.gva.es/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=342:aclaraciones&catid=13:noticias-nuevo-actual&Itemid=22

I hope that the initiative of these students will serve to remove this guy from the system, which has been encysting for decades despite his proven ineptitude, and to prevent gentuza so tarnish the work of teachers who devotes their time and effort to dignify the profession.

  5. it was time says:

Two decades stumbling across half of Spain, loading the German departments from Andalusia to Galicia and several open files! This character is well known in the Department. A huge congratulations to the students of Denia who have managed to make this case transcend the press and the mayor's office. It was time.

  7. another victim says:

What I do not understand is because they do not put their initials in the article! because this only happens with this teacher and others do not have to carry guilt that is not theirs!

Let your initials so that you know who you are and what you are doing !!!

  8. another victim says:

yesterday I found out that he has passed through more centers ... I am a student of his and yesterday he tried to intimidate some of his students into entering class and writing his name on a list (I don't know why) and saying that «what a pity that have been influenced "and that" they should know both versions. "
This is not done but the students to whom this happened were speechless, not knowing what to say or what to do ... As a teacher, a 0 but yesterday as a person I also lowered their score a lot.

  9. Pepe says:

I can only confirm that it is bad teacher. a victim

  10. Vanessa says:

Knowing him for more than 20 years, the same has happened in all the centers he has passed through. That's why I am not surprised at all. And more that will happen if the Ministry does not put effort ...
