The six people hired by the City Council thanks to two grants finalize their contracts

Six people under 30 qualified years, in situation of unemployment, have been working for the last seven months in different departments of the City of Dénia. And they have done it thanks to the subsidy programs EMCUJU and EMPUJU del Servef, within the project Avalem Joves Plus of the Generalitat Valenciana.

For its development, the Ajuntament de Dénia has received a grant from 56.341,04 euros from the Servef. The processing of these aids has been carried out jointly by the Department of Youth, the Department of Employment through CREAMA Dénia and the Human Resources Department of the Dénia City Council.

The beneficiaries have been Marina Peris, graduate in Environmental Sciences, Vicente Aranda, ADAFE senior technician, Daniel Catalá, garden worker, Sergi Ortolá, senior IT technician, Joan Rovira, IT technician and Beatriz Castle Alcolea, social worker. In response to their training, they have developed their work in the departments of Education, Sports, Environment and Creama.

This week, in view of the termination of their contract, they all met with the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, accompanied by the councilors of Employment and Creama, Eva Round, Culture and Education, Rafa Carrió, Social Welfare, Cristina Morera and Environment, Josep Crespo, to those who transferred their experience during these months.
