The Generalitat Valenciana has published in the Official Gazette the new restrictions in response to the health crisis that must be met from next November 7 at 00:00, and will be in force, for now, until December 10.
The hospitality industry is once again the great victim. For indoor consumption, the capacity is reduced to only a third of the established one. On the terraces it will not be possible to exceed 50% of the capacity.
The establishments and commercial premises must reduce their capacity to 50% of the total as announced at the press conference by the Minister of Health, notifying that there is an error that they will correct in the DOGV. Also in shopping centers the capacity will be half. Of course, in these centers the use of common areas is once again prohibited, only allowing movement between premises. Cinemas and theaters will also have to reduce their capacity to 50%.
Wakes will also be limited to one third of the capacity provided that it does not exceed 25 people outdoors and 15 indoors. The same line will be followed by private celebrations such as weddings, baptisms or communions, which may be celebrated outside with a maximum of 25 people and inside with 15 as long as it does not exceed a third of the capacity.
