The Wine and Gastronomy Days at Hotel Les Rotes will collaborate with pancreatic cancer research

The Hotel Les Rotes will host, next Monday, May 20, a special event that combines a taste for wine and gastronomy with solidarity.

The Wine & Gastronomy Days will start at 17: 30 hours with the presentation of the most unique wines and with personality by their suppliers to those attending the day.

At 18:00 p.m., Paco Peña, with the collaboration of Barrios Alta Gastronomía will offer a presentation on Valencian Cheeses, which will be followed, at 19:00 p.m., by the talk on Wines with Soul by Enrique García, sommelier of the Bon Amb de Xàbia restaurant. The presentations will end at 20:00 p.m. with the presentation of Riedel Cups and the tasting of different unique wines.

At 21:30 p.m., the solidarity dinner will begin at the Punta Negra restaurant of the Hotel Les Rotes, which will allocate the benefits to pancreatic cancer research through the Amunt Contra el Cáncer association.
