The hotel Les Rotes will host, next Monday 20 of May, a special event that unites the taste for wine and gastronomy with solidarity.
The Wine & Gastronomy Days will start at 17: 30 hours with the presentation of the most unique wines and with personality by their suppliers to those attending the day.
At the 18: 00 hours, Paco Peña, with the collaboration of Barrios Alta Gastronomía, will offer a presentation on Valencian Cheeses, followed by the 19: 00 hours, the talk on Wines with Soul by Enrique García, sommelier of the Bon Amb restaurant Xàbia. The presentations will end at the 20: 00 hours with the presentation of Riedel Cups and the tasting of different singular wines.
At 21:30 p.m. it will begin, at the Punta Negra restaurant of the Hotel Les Rotes, the solidarity dinner that will allocate the benefits to pancreatic cancer research through the Amunt Contra el Cáncer association.
