The 12 modern mansions that will join the landscape of the south coast of Dénia

The landscape of Les Rotes continues to change. When it seemed that the achievement of two crises would paralyze the urban macroprojects, the promoters have returned to their old ways betting on the land of Dénia to build houses galore.

Les Rotes is one of the most privileged areas of the city, and for good reason the price per square meter is the highest in the municipality. It is also the most demanded area to live, of which the construction companies looking to invest in the place are familiar. However, the projects that are usually undertaken are not suitable for most pockets.

In that part of the coastline are some of the most spectacular houses in the Marina Alta, which will soon be accompanied by twelve new luxury villas that a developer plans to build on the now segregated land of 14.400 square meters of the old house of the Chermes.

These mansions, the work of the Valencian studio Singularq Architecture Lab, will mix the most modern styles with the Mediterranean, in a context of pure luxury. They are homes with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, five terraces and patios, five parking spaces, cellars, spa, gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools (some in the shape of a pit), elevator ... Endless privileged spaces spread over almost 600 meters built on plots of 1.200.

It is clear that these are not constructions destined for any pocket, since the figures that will reach in the market will be millionaires. The most expensive of the houses is currently priced above 2,6 million, while the cheapest does not fall below 1,6 million. The incorporation of these new works will turn that corner of Punta Negra, where until a few days ago the imposing building of Los Chermes rested among a wooded area, into an exclusive luxury area.
