The 12 modern mansions that will join the landscape of the south coast of Dénia

18 September 2021 - 09: 06

The landscape of Les Rotes keeps changing. When it seemed that the achievement of two crises would paralyze the urban macroprojects, the promoters have returned to their old ways betting on the land of Dénia to build houses galore.

Les Rotes is one of the most privileged areas of the city, and for good reason the price per square meter is the highest in the municipality. It is also the most demanded area to live, of which the construction companies looking to invest in the place are familiar. However, the projects that are usually undertaken are not suitable for most pockets.

In that part of the coast are some of the most spectacular houses in the Marina Alta, which will soon be accompanied by twelve new luxury villas that a developer plans to build on the now segregated land of 14.400 square meters of the old house of the Chermes.

These mansions, the work of the Valencian studio Singularq Architecture Lab, will mix the most modern styles with the Mediterranean, in a context of pure luxury. They are homes with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, five terraces and patios, five parking spaces, cellars, spa, gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools (some in the shape of a pit), elevator ... Endless privileged spaces spread over almost 600 meters built on plots of 1.200.

It is clear that these are not constructions destined for any pocket, since the figures that will reach in the market will be millionaires. The most expensive of the houses is currently priced above 2,6 million, while the cheapest does not fall below 1,6 million. The incorporation of these new works will turn that corner of Punta Negra, where until a few days ago the imposing building of Los Chermes rested among a wooded area, into an exclusive luxury area.

Walking along the Paseo de las Rotas without having to visit a Traumatologist immediately, is impossible ...
    It's made a shame
And who came up with putting stones on the ground?
The stones are put on the wall.
    On the ground, MICROCEMENT.
And you will be able to walk properly in the future ... even with heels if you wish.
A small truck dumping it for a tuno and several workers already hired by the City Council, so that they can spread it with special boots and a 10% incline so that the water goes down and that's it.
It would not be necessary to remove the stone, it can be done on top of it and this would make it more resistant.
Cars out of the ride, loading and unloading into carts.
Parking below, parks above and along the road.
Large vehicles such as trucks etc. are prohibited.
control the passage, only small bus, residents' vehicles and rest, bikes, scooters, pedestrians etc.

Do not allow or cut down one more tree.
And to name it WORLD HERITAGE, because it is a very special, beautiful walk, because it is away from noise and vehicles when they disappear completely in that environment, being long and in a place with an excellent climate, being able to enjoy all year round.
All types of construction must be banned immediately, learning to value the little that remains to be done to those of us who live and those who will come after.

I have sent a long and very hard letter.
But they haven't published it to me.
I would need to make a copy.
I hope they send it to my imail.
    Thank you
No one will be able to read it
I am very sorry for all of you who wish to do so.
It is clear that there is no freedom of expression in Denia
I hope this is at least published

    All the best

That style of home doesn't belong in Las Rotas, they're just cubes & rectangular boxes stacked up to create a space that offers the required rooms found in a home. Traditional Spanish architecture provides character and charm to a home.

  4. Ricardo says:

I do not enter to assess the promotion or the
Project, personally if they conserve the vegetation I like it, but I read this magazine daily and I am sorry to see that they allow themselves to be manipulated with advertising, we like to know what happens in the town and region that we want but they are advertising manipulations

  5. Marcelino says:

    Jolín, what envious comments!

    • Luis says:

The thief believes that everyone is of his condition.

    • Carol says:

      Send?
Do you know what you mean?
Could it be that they care about their lands and their coastline because they know that they are truly exceptional and should be protected by Europe and be called a WORLD HERITAGE SITE?
Are you going to get a slice of this?
Sounds good to you and are you in favor of exploiting a paradise just so that those houses that are an insult and robbery of the people are there empty for life?

  6. Ignacio says:

Is this a camouflaged announcement? Authentic luxury is a single mansion on a 14.000 m plot not a house on a 1 m plot having to put up with the neighbors. I do not deny that prefabricated mammoths look good, but that type of materials and construction do not hold up well to be so close to the sea, mold, saltpeter and humidity eat them up. For the price they ask you buy a farm without close neighbors but to speculate with them what they will do if they are perfect. The price will already determine what type of people are going to buy them and I do not mean people who have made money with a fair professional job and are looking for a family home because they will be looking for a farm.

  7. Isabel says:

Shameful that these buildings are allowed to be built in an environment as wonderful as this. Then they establish in summer capacity control, cars etc ... to protect the area and then it is allowed to build !!!! What country!!

    • Carol says:

      A shame
      I am with you ISABEL
ALL IN NANOS OF A FEW
WE SHOULD DEMONSTRATE TO AVOID IT
      AND MAKE IT PUBLIC
IN ALL EXISTING MEANS to PROTECT IT

  8. Joan round. says:

The villas will be luxurious. But after a few years, the vegetation, the pines will be replaced by cement.
We will run out of Rotas. What a pity..

  9. Alice says:

What can be expected of politicians who do not value their assets, but the income that capital gains will provide them?
A lot of luxury, yes, but a pedestrian walk along the beach to walk safely, since the Las Marinas road has no sidewalk and the owners of that area also pay taxes. Visit other municipalities and see how they have evolved.

Yes, you are luxury homes in Las Rotas, they are sold by the real estate agency: the real estate block of Valencia.
