The highest data have been obtained in hotels and tourist rental accommodation, a high percentage of the total of 16.000 accommodation places that the city has. The occupation has been considerably higher taking into account that it does not reflect the second residence data, which has been noted in the influx of establishments in the sector.
In addition, an average of 1.200 visitors have passed through the tourist information points, representing a total of almost 19.000 people in the first two weeks of August.
For the second half, Dénia expected an occupation that will be around 80%.
