The Generalitat invests 18 millions in developing the educational centers of Dénia, La Xara and Jesús Pobre

The Councilor for Territory, Maria Josep Ripoll, and Education, Melani Ivars, have exposed this morning the current state of the works in the educational centers of Dénia, La Xara and Jesús Pobre. The works to improve the state of the schools come thanks to the investment of 18 million euros of the Generalitat Valenciana, the largest, according to the government team, to date.

Están planteadas las obras de los institutos Maria Ibars, al cual se han destinado 2’5 millones de euros, y el Historiador Chabàs, 800.000€.

En el caso de la ampliación del aulario infantil den Pou de la Muntanya, proceso que saltó a los medios este mes por la incertidumbre sobre el destino de los alumnos que no podrían gastar las instalaciones al arranque del curso, Melani Ivar ha querido tranquilizar y resolver las muchas dudas al respecto. Ha asegurado que ya tienen previsto el traslado de unos 300 alumnos a las instalaciones situadas en la avenida Joan Fuster, y continúan trabajando para que todos tengan donde iniciar el curso. Actualmente se encuentran en proceso de contratación para la creación del nuevo aulario infantil, pero tienen previsto que las obras, en las cuales invertirán 1’6 millones de euros, empiecen la semana que viene y esperan que dure 4 meses.

Within the plan are also covered the works of the Cervantes, already finished and that have supposed 15.000 €, Llebeig, in a work that is expected to last a month and will involve 250.000 €, and the rehabilitation of the roof and dining room of the Vessanes, which is still in progress hiring, will involve € 390.000 and expect to have finished in 4 months. In addition, € 800.000 will be allocated to the Pare Pere de Jesús Pobre Center although they remain without resolution.

También está contemplado dentro de esta inversión la creación del colegio de La Xara, que supone 4 millones del plan, llevando en construcción desde abril y que consideran finalizará en un año, y el nuevo centro del Raquel Payà, que sigue pendiente de resolución pero calculan que supondrá 5’5 millones de euros.
