The UNED Dénia in its commitment to equality will carry out several activities to commemorate March 8. Throughout the year events and various performances are scheduled, which will intensify during the month of March. For which it has organized different conferences in the fields of art, science, sociology, psychology...etc, and among which the co-education workshops in the schools of Ondara and the theater-workshop in the IES of Xàbia, Dénia and Benidorm on "The benefits of Equality".
Also, in the academic aspect, the University Extension Courses stand out: “Autogenous meditation: psychophysiological regulation”, “Living without inertia. How positive energy empowers”, “Among women: Women who investigate women”, or the art workshops “Artem Feminas. Between looms, threads and seams” in several towns in the region, the conference on inclusive language “Women in professions, positions and positions. In feminine, please” in which Matria oy will participate in the Table of the Experience “Empowerment: Road to Equality”, with the collaboration of the Dénia City Council.
In addition, from our social networks we will vindicate feminism throughout the campaign through contests on Facebook and Instagram, as well as a playlist on Spotify in which some of the current issues in favor of equality will be collected and that may be proposed. by anyone interested. Finally, the libraries of the Dénia and Benidorm Centers inaugurate their "Reading Club" with the novel by Virginia Wolf: "Mrs. Dolloway".
With all these activities, UNED Dénia reiterates its commitment to Equality and the 2030 Agenda as beacons and references to achieve a fairer and more equal society.
