Juan Moncho Nadal and Juan Carlos Pérez runners-up Spain Sea Kayak proclaimed in Cartagena

yachtsmen Juan Moncho y Juan Carlos Pérez Nadal, of the Real Club Náutico de Dénia, were proclaimed this past weekend runners-up of the Spanish Sea Kayak Championship that was held in Cartagena. It should be noted that Juan Moncho was proclaimed runner-up in Spain in two of the tests, in K1 alone in the Veterano D category and in Veterano D K2 with Juan Carlos Pérez Nadal.

In veterans, the RCND was represented by Paulino Llobell, Who he was in 5º position, and Jorge Lopez, who was the 12º. In Senior K1, Juan Antonio Yecora was positioned 6º and K2 room, accompanied by José Yecora. Youth K2 the RCND was formed by Carlos Lucas Montenegro and Rubén Louwagie, who eventually became the ninth after finishing the test with great effort 4 minutes from 1º classified.

The 18 kilometers of the regatta required a lot of technique, with waves that sometimes reached two meters in height, so the paddlers were able to surf during most of the test even in the case of very technical waves with continuous changes of direction. In addition, the wind made it extremely difficult to enter the port.

RCND paddlers have returned very satisfied with the results, given the level and difficulty of the test, in addition to having all the support of the section during the weekend, who moved to Cartagena to give them all the encouragement.
