The next 27 in August, the Department of Youth of the City of Denia has scheduled a day of activities for children and young people in the facilities of the department, in the building Llunàtics, under the name Urbajove. Among the programming highlights a contest of graffiti with themes related to the world of young people whose objective is to promote and give participation to creators of graffiti and urban art of quality as forms of cultural and artistic expression.
The competition is aimed at 14 seniors, who can be enrolled for free at the Youth offices of the 8 to 19 in August.
Of the total number of sketches presented, a maximum of five will be selected, which the artists must capture on August 27 on the exterior wall of the municipal Signaling, Education and Youth services, at the exit of the tunnel of the Castle. Those selected will have between 10.30:2 in the morning and 3:XNUMX in the afternoon to carry out the work. The surface that they will have will be approximately XNUMX meters high by XNUMX meters wide and the order of distribution of the space will be decided by a jury made up of qualified professionals and staff from the Dénia City Council.
The five artists selected will each receive a voucher of 150 euros for the purchase of material to paint graffiti.
