Chinese investors are interested in buying property in the region

As reported in the newspaper the Provinces, four Chinese investors have visited Denia and Jávea with the intention of investing 60 million euros in the purchase of luxury real estate and in the construction of a hotel complex.

After visiting both towns focused their interest in acquiring two luxury homes whose prices amount to 12,5 and 2 million euros. In addition they also have in mind to undertake a complex of high standing, although not revealed whether it would be in the town of Javea or Denia.

According to the consultant Rimontgó, these two towns in the region of La Marina Alta the ones that most caught his attention due to the great real estate potential they offer. The consultancy indicated that in the next month of February 2015 the arrival of another group of Chinese investors is expected, who could carry out deals of an amount close to 100 million euros.
