The HLA Hospital San Carlos Office Dénia organizes next Wednesday, April 24, at 18:00 p.m., a cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Heimlich maneuver workshop at the facilities of the Sports and Tourist Port Marina Dénia. Participation in these workshops is completely free.
The main objective of these workshops is to instruct the largest possible population in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques for adults and children and how to correctly perform the Heimlich maneuver in case of choking. Both basic techniques can save a person's life.
The workshop is aimed at all types of people who want to have basic knowledge in such challenging and difficult situations. The workshop will be taught by Dr. Antonia Ivars, who is part of the pediatrics team at Hospital San Carlos.
