Grimalt request reports by the Government on the feasibility of the train

The Mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt, travels Tuesday to Valencia together with the mayors of Oliva and Gandía to participate in a meeting with the consellera Mª José Salvador, with whom they will deal with matters concerning the coastal train. Grimalt arrives after having met Monday with the mayors of the region and agree with all of them in completely rejecting the Ministry of Public Works report which concludes that Tren de la Costa is an economically unfeasible infrastructure.

In the meeting held with all of them in the City of Dénia, of more than two hours, they concluded that each municipality that has received the study of the Ministry will present the allegations corresponding to its territory before the next 5 day of August, last day so that the institutions present allegations to the document.
