The PSOE wants the maintenance of the council manage it acantarillado

November 26 from 2012 - 00: 00

The socialist group in the city of Dénia will present a motion to plenary next Thursday in which it will ask that the consistory be the one that directly manages the Municipal Sanitation Master Plan. The motion will request the annulment of the plenary agreement of the past 5 in November in which it was agreed that Aguas de Dénia (participated in an 67% by the City Council and in an 33% by Aqualia) took charge of the management.

According to the socialist councilor Pep Marí, "While it is true that it is necessary to manage and maintain the sewer of the city, the Socialists are committed to this management continue to be carried out by the City Council through a public tender to which any company can present itself, instead of being the company that now manages the water supply as intended by the Government Team ".

At the same plenary session they will present a motion in which they demand the Government of Spain to "urgently take all necessary measures to ensure that no one sees their right of access to justice limited because they cannot afford to pay the court fee". It is recalled that shortly come into force the new court fees ranging "between the initial 50 and 1250, which applied to certain legal proceedings can result in an increase of thousands of euros", explained the socialist spokesman, Vicent Grimalt.
