The visit made yesterday to Dénia Juan Giner, general director of Environmental and Territorial Evaluation of the Department of Infrastructure Territory and Environment, hinted that the General Plan in which he works Vicente Chelet "is on a good path".
Giner had a meeting with the mayor Ana Kringe in which he was able to check all the details of the Plan. After the meeting, Giner showed his full support for the work that had been done. He also stressed that if approved would be the first general structural plan that is approved in the framework of the new law in the Valencian Community.
For his part, Ana Kringe said that "the work that has been done intends to give the city legal certainty in urban planning and urban restore normality that we have since 2005".
Despite the refusal shown by the opposition political groups to meet with the Councilor for Urban Planning, Vicente Chelet has seen his management supported by the Association of Promoters and the Círculo de Empresarios de la Marina Alta who gave their approval to the new General Plan.
