The court of Dénia sends the alleged perpetrator of the murder of his partner in Calp to provisional prison

The judge on duty at the Dénia court has agreed to the provisional detention without bail of the man who allegedly murdered his partner this week in Calp. He does so after taking his statement at the Dénia Hospital, where he is admitted under surveillance. In this way, the judge has opened the case for a crime of homicide against the accused.

The evidence suggests that the 61-year-old man murdered his 57 partner with a knife during the early hours of Monday at the house they shared in a residential area of ​​Calp. After the alleged homicide, the author inflicted several injuries, possibly while attempting suicide, for which he had to be transferred to the hospital. The voice of alarm was given by the murdered daughter when she saw what happened after returning home.
