The Hospital of Dénia opens a new exhibition hall in the Pedagogical Classroom

The pedagogical classroom of the Department of Health of Dénia opens a new exhibition hall. It is a space created to give visibility to the work done by hospitalized children in the pedagogical classroom of the Hospital de Dénia, where artistic expression is worked on to help students express their emotions, as well as improve their hospital stay.

The pedagogical classroom is an educational service for hospitalized children of compulsory school age - from 6 to 14 years - to respond to the right to Education, implemented thanks to an agreement signed with the Ministry of Education.

The Managing Director of the Department of Health of Dénia, Luis Carretero, accompanied by Joana Gil, responsible for the pedagogical classroom at the Hospital de Dénia; Josep Mut, Head of the Pediatric Service; Alicia Ventura, Director of the Art Project; Amparo Exojo, supervisor of the Pediatric Service and Alfredo Moreno, of the Director of Care and Services, attended its opening on Wednesday.
