Cervantes school again win the contest nativity scenes and Lucía Molines wins the Christmas card contest

As for Christmas nativity scenes are concerned, Cervantes school has no rival. This year the public school has won first prize in school nativity scenes contest organized by the Department of Education of the City of Denia.

The jury, composed of the Councilor for Education, Rafa Carrió, Susana García and Joan Roselló, graduates in Fine Arts, has valued this creation "the setting, composition, creativity and innovation". The second prize went to school Llebeig "for its technique, architecture and treatment of materials"While the third prize went to school Montgó, where they have excelled "to the class of 2nd Primary for the work carried out in his nativity scene and the illusion with which they received the members of the jury".

Mas Lucía Molines, sixth grade student at the Marist College, was winner of Christmas cards and will design the Christmas card that illustrates the municipal corporation next Christmas.

The jury, made up of Rafa Carrió, Councilor for Education, Susana Ruiz García Muñoz Lopez and Roser, licensed in Fine Arts, he awarded two second prizes "for his work, composition and color" to the students Carlos Orozco Devesa, of the Montgó school, and Jhonny Angulo Álvarez, of the Cervantes school. The third prizes, "for its originality and creativity", went to Carlos Martínez Ferrer, from the Sacred Heart School, and Miguel Molines Mas, from San Juan Bautista School.

The awards and participation certificates were presented last Monday in the auditorium of the Llebeig school with the assistance of the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, and the Councilor for Education, Rafa Carrió.

The Cervantes, Montgó, Pou de la Muntanya, Les Vessanes, Llebeig, Raquel Payá, San Juan Bautista, Sagrado Corazón, Paidos and Alfa & Omega schools participated in the card contest, while the winners and the winners participated Les Vessanes, Raquel Payà, San Juan Bautista and Pou de la Muntanya schools.
