The chef Miquel Ruiz will perform a culinary demonstration with tomatoes at the Mercat Municipal

This Friday morning returns to the Mercat de Dénia the day Menja't the Navy, which presents different seasonal products from the Marina Alta. On this occasion the protagonist product is the tomato, and to show its possibilities in the kitchen, chef Miquel Ruiz will give a culinary demonstration.

On this day Hortasana, Hort Obert, and recreational farmers from the Marina Alta region will also participate. It will start at 11: 00 in the morning.
