Last Saturday the streets of Dénia were again filled with life, color and fun with the carnival. On one of the most festive days of the year, coinciding with the Mig Any of Moors and Christians and various faller acts, the carnival managed to shine with its own light with the attendance of almost 2000 people throughout the program.

In this year's edition, the Oriental theme reigned, with the story of Mulán as the guiding thread of the act that took place this year in the Valgamedios square, prior to the awards ceremony. However, before all that a parade started that filled the interior of Dénia with joy, from the Plaza del Consell to the square already named, with the collaboration of Patricia's ballet Sentí and the presence of a huge dragon reminiscent of the Chinese New Year.
This year the prizes, very close, were given in different categories: Mini (up to 4 years old), children (from 5 to 12 years old), duo (couples without age limit) and comparsas (groups of 3 or more without age limit ).
