The Dénia City Council has made public the breakdown of the figures of the subsidies it has granted this 2021, as a way to confirm the 3.259.019 euros for social assistance and support for small businesses and self-employed persons. As he assures, the subsidies have been made with the support of administrations such as the Diputación de Alicante and the Generalitat Valenciana.
Thus, in the breakdown it can be seen that, firstly, the number of emergency aid and social assistance amounts to 363.744 euros. As regards to school scholarships, the total is 51.320 euros.
For aid related to housing, the payment of the IBI and the garbage have invested 7.200 euros and they remain pending to process and grant, at the beginning of 2022, 75.000 in aid to the rental of homes.
The COVID aid from the consistory reaches 38.423 euros. These have been intended for companies and freelancers in the commerce, hospitality and tourism sectors, which were gathered in the special call for 2020, although they were finally approved in 2021.
In addition, yesterday the 178.506,24 euros were approved for the payment of occupation fees for public roads and the receipt of the garbage collection service. These will be aimed at companies and freelancers in the commerce, hospitality and tourism sectors. The provisional list of beneficiaries will be published on January 10, 2022.
On the other hand, the Dénia City Council also has managed and processed the concession of 2.612.000 euros, which come from the Plan Resistir de la Generalitat, from the aid of the Diputación de Alicante for small companies and freelancers and those specifically for businesses in the tourism sector.
Finally, the consistory has also published the figures of the aid for employment policies with the hiring of almost 100 people. To do this, it has invested 1.300.362 euros between its own contributions and subsidies from the Generalitat.
