The Local Government Board of the City of Dénia has approved the contracting of the architect José María Chofre Gil for technical assistance for the coordination of the drafting of the General Structural Plan.
Chofre Gil has directed, among other works, the elaboration of the PGOU of Senija and was in charge of writing the preliminary draft of revision of the General Plan of Structural Arrangement of Sant Vicent del Raspeig, where he held the post of director of the Office of the General Plan.
After this contracting, the start-up of the Municipal Planning Office began, which was created to carry out the direct management of the drafting and processing of the General Structural Plan of Dénia. This office will be staffed by the city council and will be supplemented, for certain studies, with external personnel for technical assistance.
The work of the office is expected to last two years.
