The interesting thing about this situation as many other similar plaguing Denia and its surroundings is how is it possible that this ruin is well for so many years? Now they will cover and problem solved? Like sweeping and put the dirt under the carpet. The company owner would have to demolish the building also failed attempt to clean and protect the site. By law this is your duty and responsibility have what problem the City Council in order it? And on top now this patch is done with public money.
