And it will pay 10 cents per pack in a system that includes producers, traders and consumers. The process begins with the producers, who pay a deposit to the system operator for each package put on the market. Businesses buy products and their packaging producers. They pay the price of the product plus deposit per container and charge consumers for the package when buying, returning the amount when they returned. Consumers purchase the packaged product and pay the deposit for each container trade. When they have consumed the product, if they return the container in any trade, they are fully returned the deposit paid. If the consumer does not, the amount is in the loop and helps fund the system. For its part, the system operator or manager, returns to businesses what they have paid to consumers as it receives the data.

In this circle system, the Public Administration is responsible for controlling the transparency of statistics and data management, performing audit of the entire system.

The idea has been transferred by the Regional Secretary for the Environment and Climate Change, Julià Álvaro, at a meeting with the mayor, Vicent GrimaltAnd Alderman environment, Josep Crespo, Who have shown their support for this new system.
